I kind of took a few years off of painting, lots going on. I still did some pastel donation pieces, but didnt do any oils. I am now back and painting when I get the chance. Things have been so crazy on my end. Last year I got to go to Alaska, talk about breathtaking, I want to go back!! I am now an Onshore Volunteer for Sea Shepherd Conservation Society, the awesome group of people that go out to save whales, seals, sharks and many other precious animals that need thier help! Well I am stopping in to wish everyone a creative New Year!! I still apologize for not being on here very often, I have been working hard on many new commissions. In progress I have commisssions for 31 drawing that will be put together to make a coloring book on Sea Lions, also have an Arctic painting coming up that will be 36x36 on canvas (polar bears, walrus, penguins, a beluga and who knows what else I will add) for a little boys room, after the coloring book I have been commissioned to do a childrens book on sea lions too....there are a few other small pastel commissions to come too. I admire all those artists out there that do commission

Thanks to all the new people that have been visiting my site....I added a few new pieces and hopefully soon I will have time to add more of my artwork and photos I have taken! Things have been really busy and most of the work I have been doing is commissions. I will soon get to start back up my series of paintings of parent to child animal paintings. I have been volunteering at a Marine Mammal Center and will start doing some pieces of the animals I have encountered there ...Seals and Sea lions.
